Who is behind the truck?
We are chimney people with 10+ years of experience, working as a licensed, bonded and insured company. Woodbury is home base, and the east metro is where our week is spent.
Chimneys are a trade where details matter: how a flue draws, where water gets in, what a gas valve is telling you. We explain those details in plain words, so you know what you are paying for.
What services do we offer?
We look after chimneys and fireplaces. That means sweeping, inspections, brick and flue repair, gas fireplace service and repair with the gas line work done by our own crew, wood stove and insert service, and dryer vent cleaning.
Will you try to sell me something I do not need?
Before any repair, you see what we saw, including a camera photo when we used one, and you hear only about the work the chimney needs. A Level 2 inspection always includes a camera, and we bring one to other jobs when they call for it.
What will my house look like when you leave?
Drop cloths and an industrial vacuum go to work with the brushes, and we leave the area tidy. Before we head over, we phone to confirm the appointment.
When can you reach us?
We are open every day from 8am to 8pm, and same-week appointments include evenings and weekends.
