This policy explains what happens to the details you send Sterling Chimney Sweep. We keep it short because there is little to it.

What do we collect?

When you use our request form, you give us your name and phone number. You may also add your town, the service you need, an email address and a note about the job. Calling us on the phone shares your number with us in the ordinary way.

How do we use it?

The form sends your details by email to the owner of the business. We use them to call you back, talk through the job and arrange a visit.

What about online booking?

When you book a visit online, we store your name, phone number, street address, town, the service, any note you add, and your email if you give one. We keep them only to schedule and confirm the visit, and we delete each booking 60 days after the visit date. If you add an email address, we send you a confirmation message.

Is it shared or sold?

Your details stay with us and are used only for your request. They are never sold or shared for marketing. The form is delivered through an email relay service, which passes your message on to us.

How do we contact you?

We contact you by phone, using the number you give us. If you add an email address, we may use it to answer a question about your request.

How can I ask about my details?

Call (651) 348-4294 any day from 8am to 8pm and tell us what you would like to know or change. We will deal with it on that call.

Will this policy change?

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page. Questions are always welcome by phone.
